Master of Philosophy (MPhil)

MPhil refers to the graduate research study of a Master of Philosophy program. A MPhil program is usually completed in one to two years of studying on a full-time basis.

Candidates undertaking a MPhil will be asked to submit a thesis of no more than 60,000 words. In some programs, MPhil candidates may also be required to complete some graduate level coursework units in addition to their thesis.
