UPDATE: POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO THE UNIVERSITY'S CURRENT RESTRICTIONS ON STUDENT TRAVEL.

Japan is a highly industrialised economy and Australia’s second largest two-way trading partner. In addition to having a close bilateral relationship with Australia, Japan is a major consumer of Australian resources and food commodities, and has increasingly become a popular tourist destination.

The 11-day program in Japan will provide students an opportunity to visit firms in key manufacturing and services industries, and to learn about the economy more broadly. The study tour will focus on two cities – Tokyo, a key centre of global economic power; and Kyoto, considered Japan’s cultural capital. Students will experience a rich introduction to Japan’s economic, business, and cultural environments. Learn more
