Obtain an ANU purchase card

  1. Advise your delegate (the Director of your Research School, or the General Manager) the need to have a University purchase card.
  2. Complete the Purchase Card Application formCardholder Agreement and attach the completion page once you complete the ANU Purchase Card Use module in PULSE ;noting that the Dean must sign as line manager. 
  3. Return them to CBE Finance.

Central finance (Finance & Business Services) will notify you when the card is available. 

Acquittal on Concur

Cardholders are responsible for obtaining appropriate documentation to support each purchase made on a purchase card, where the amount of a purchase is over $75 (excluding GST) or $82.50 (including GST).

All purchases must be acquitted by the cardholder in Concur monthly, and approved by the cardholder’s supervisor.
