Academic Skills

At ANU Academic Skills, we help students to develop the key academic skills and communication strategies that are foundational to all academic activity.

ANU Sport

ANU Sport offers students access to sporting and fitness facilities, social sport competitions, competitive sport opportunities, elite athlete support, sporting clubs and more. ANU Counselling

ANU Thrive

SET4ANU

ANU+

ANU+ is a program that formally recognises your experience and contribution achieved through volunteering. It encourages you to give back to the community, to develop skills related to your employability prospects and to reflect on your co-curricular experiences to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. AFEC

The ANU Actuarial, Finance, Economics, Commerce Students’ Society (AFEC) provides students with insight and advice into industry career opportunities. AFEC targets a broad range of disciplines and is a platform to exchange information between students and potential employers. Student Managed Fund

Students participating in the ANU Student Managed Fund take responsibility for over $0.6 million worth of investments, reflecting donations made to the University with the intent that the funds be managed by students and are used to support philanthropic activities. The course provides students with a unique opportunity for deep ‘activity-based’ learning, with the purpose of funding a scholarship for disadvantaged students. Mentoring Assistance Program

The Mentoring Assistance Program (MAP) connects first year CBE undergraduates with later year students who can provide social, academic, and careers advice. The ANU Actuarial Society (ASOC) supports the social and professional growth of actuarial students at the ANU. ASOC organises regular social events connecting actuarial students of all backgrounds and ages, as well as industry events providing students with the opportunity to build professional networks and gain insight from professionals.
