IP value co-creation and benefit realisation for content marketing

IP value co-creation... - non ARC

Dr Ying Yi Chih

Contentgroup aims to be the world’s leader in content marketing for the public sector by 2020.  This requires a systematic and research-informed project management approach to enhance its innovation and management efficiency.  Taking a client-focused perspective, this project will provide contentgroup with how-to toolkit on the value co-creation process, communication, and measurement to ensure successful project deliveries.  Specifically it will: (1) identify the gap in contentgroup’s current vs. evidence-based best project value co-creation practices; (2) develop a context-based value co-creation framework with supporting templates; (3) pilot the toolkit; and (4) assess its effectiveness.  This project is well-aligned with key objectives of the Entrepreneurs’ Programme and the National Innovation and Science Agenda. In the longer term, it may also be translated into an Australian Standard/ISO standard and enable contentgroup to tap in to Australian Government’s CRC-Projects initiative.
