CBE Social Cooking | Fish Tacos

Join us for a cooking demonstration and learn how to make fish tacos.

Ingredients

  1. Iceberg lettuce or cos lettuce or baby cos lettuce (~3.50$)
  2. 2 tomatoes (truss, Roma, better boy) does not matter what type just no cherry tomatoes (~2$)
  3. Spanish onion(purple) (~0.50$)
  4. Sriracha Mayo sauce can be swapped for other options up to the individual (~6.50$)
  5. Small tortillas, can vary with taco shells ideally soft (~3.70$)
  6. Whitefish, 200gramms Ling, Hoki, Flathead, Barra, whatever is on special and can be purchased frozen, make sure its defrosted (~4$)
  7. Avocado - optional (~2.50$)
  8. Corn Kernels (tinned, not creamed corn) - optional (~1.50$)
  9. Coriander - definitely optional (~2.50$)
  10. Canola Spray (~1.90$)

Equipment

Fry Pan/electric frypan/toasted sandwich maker
Knife, 2 to 5 bowls or 3 plates, cutting board, tongs.
