Free Weaving Workshop - learn traditional Aboriginal Weaving

Free Weaving Workshop for CBE Students– learn traditional Aboriginal basket weaving

Tuesday 14 May from 12 noon to 2.30pm in the CBE Foyer

Learn the skills of traditional Aboriginal weaving with local artist and teacher Ronnie Jordan. Ronnie is a Kalkadoon woman from Mt Isa in north Queensland. She will lead the group through weaving techniques with grasses and other natural materials and you will create a small weaving you can take home.
