Yoga and Meditation Sessions

Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Sessions

Take some time out and de-stress during the exam period with free yoga and mindfulness meditation, sponsored by CBE.

During the non-teaching and exam period, we will be running sessions each day to help you relax, stretch and work through some of the stresses and strains of studying for exams. All the sessions will be held from 9.00 – 10.00am in the Fred Gruen Seminar Room, on Level 1 of the HW Arndt Building.
