      Brief Biography
    Greg Shailer is Reader & Associate Professor at the Australian National University, Canberra, where he leads the Corporation, Governance & Society Research Group . He is a member of the Governance Research Network and the European Corporate Governance Institutute.

    Greg's current research interests include multidisciplinary aspects of corporate governance, the economics of organisation, the regulation of corporations, and the economics and regulation of auditing. Greg earned his PhD at the Universiy of Adelaide.
