Advanced Standing: Undergraduate
The ANU College of Business and Economics welcomes students seeking to obtain
advanced standing (or 'credit transfer') into the second year,
or second semester, of the Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Finance.
Generally, students receive a maximum of one year of advanced standing in College degrees. In exceptional circumstances,
students may sometimes receive up to one and a half years of advanced standing
(if transferring from degree-level study), or a couple of additional
subjects (if articulating from diploma/associate degree-level study).
Students seeking to articulate generally fall into one of three categories and are awarded varying amounts of advanced standing
depending on their educational background and performance.
