Research Topic: The role of knowledge intermediaries in knowledge sharing and reuse: improving usage of organizational high value knowledge
Mr Behboudi's research interests include the knowledge management, KM systems, and intermediaries. In his current study, by focusing on technical and human intermediaries and their functions for successful knowledge sharing and reuse, he research on high/low value knowledge sharing and receiving processes. His research aim to clarify the concept of intermediaries, and determine functions of intermediaries in high value knowledge flow.

Kyung's PhD study seeks to identify conditions, practices and outcomes that are associated with IT enabled transformation through qualitative data analysis and focus group. and then she developed explainatory model to be tested with two round surveys.

Research Topic: Online Government Service Delivery with Intelligent Support Systems (ISS)
AManning's PhD study seeks to identify and empirically test the potential value of web-based online Intelligent Support Systems (ISS) tools on government web sites. In the absence of prior practical work, this study uses a novel theory development process to develop a research model borne from literature theory, interview analysis and practitioner insight.

Research Topic: Adoption and Effective Use of Information Communication Technologies in Australian Aboriginal Communities
Peter's PhD study is investigating individual ownership of ICTs by Aboriginal Peoples and perceivied effective uses of ICTs by Aboriginal Peoples in remote, rural and urban communities. Peter's other research interests include ICTs in Aboriginal communities and how ICTs can deliver education and government services to remote Aboriginal communities.
